Our Mission
At Brinklow Net Zero LLC, our team is the backbone of our mission to provide affordable, high-efficiency housing solutions. We bring unique expertise and a shared passion for sustainability and community support. Together, we are committed to transforming the housing landscape for low-income families.
Our team selects the most talented home builders, concrete firms, plumbers, and electricians to construct our homes. We employ local subcontractors that are pre-qualified for exceptional performance. When building in a new market, we seek out local talent and combine it with our experienced managers. Our builders are experienced in net zero home building from the production of concrete thermal mass systems to the application of advanced home control systems. Our employees are cross trained to conduct and oversee a wide range of work in the field.
Brinklow Net Zero partners with those engineers and architects who are committed to the cause of low-cost, high-efficiency housing. Our teams combine our employees with local engineers and architects to ensure that our structures meet the local community needs as well as the local jurisdiction. Our efficiency engineers seek out contracts, grants, and cooperative opportunities to apply the most relevant and cost effective technologies such as thermal storage, passive and active solar sytem elements, hot water heat pumps, and smart electric technology.
Our personnel are committed to civic roles in the communities we serve. We have initiated new youth training programs in city high schools, have served on the advisory board of adult training programs in underserved communities, and have held volunteer positions on State and City programs to address employment and training of new workers. We will always seek new labor from the communities where we build homes.
